“A. Any such documents and records relating to the ownership and creation of National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) and National Asset Loan Management (NALM) and communications since its creation relative to its ownership. This request includes: (i) Any such documents and records specifying precisely the entities including but not limited to entities of the Irish State and/or private entities that own shares in NAMA and NALM and all correspondence and communications with EU public bodies leading up to and following the nationalisation of Irish Life Assurance Company; (ii) Any letters and/or documentation and/or emails between the Department of Finance and NAMA and NALM relative to the ownership of NAMA and NALM; (iii) Any letters and/or documentation and/or emails between the Department of Finance and the IMF, World Bank, European Central Bank, UK Government and Eurostat relating to the creation and ownership of NAMA and NALM including but not limited to the entities that own shares in NAMA and NALM; (iv) All communications of Mr Kevin Cardiff and the Department of Finance with Mr Brendan McDonagh and EUROSTAT whilst Mr McDonagh was an employee of the NTMA; (v) All documentation, communications and memos of same between the Department of Finance and NAMA/NALM following queries and Parliamentary Questions made of the Minister relative to same by Deputy Mick Wallace.”
