Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as specifically as possible. I would like a copy, in Word or PDF format, of the Collection of Debt by Public Service Bodies – Best Practice Guide, published by the Department for Public Expenditure in January 2017. This document is mentioned in the Debt Management of Collections in Local Authorities document published by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage in October 2024. I have been unable to find any other mention of this document and been unable to gain access to it online. As well as a Word Document or PDF of the requested document, I would like any information related to the publication of this document, online or otherwise, and any information related to its removal from the DPER website.
