I wish to request the following information under Freedom of Information legislation: Copies of all instructions, directions, notifications, clarifications, correspondence (including email) etc issued to any or all Government Departments by DPER in the period January 2015 to date as follows: (a) in relation to the operation of Circular 13/1975 and (b) in particular any instruction, direction, notification, clarification, correspondence (including email) etc issued to any or all Government Departments by DPER to the effect that applications for retention beyond normal retirement age under Circular 13/1975 would not be sanctioned from a particular date and, (c) where any instruction, direction, notification, clarification, correspondence (including email) was issued under (b) , any further instruction, direction, notification, clarification, correspondence (including email) etc issued by DPER to any or all Government Departments rescinding, modifying, clarifying or varying in any way any such instruction, direction etc already issued under (b)
