This should include but is not limited to letters, emails, memos, draft reports, reports, procurement documents, phone calls, text messages, WhatsApp messages. A record of correspondence between Sioen and the offices of; Irish Coast Guard (IRCG) operations and training officer Kevin Whitney, IRCG volunteer services and training manager Niall Ferns, IRCG project manager Shane Dillon, Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport assistant secretary maritime and strategic research and analysis division Deirdre O’Keeffe, IRCG director Eugene Clonan, about equipment and services supplied to the IRCG.
