Any and all documents relating to: 1. Discussions that occurred as regards the appointment of members/organisations/groups/individuals to the Working Group on the Protection System and Direct Provision. 2. Discussion, proposals, communications between all appointed members of the Working Group on the Protection System and Direct Provision, from prior to appointment until the 27 October 2017 (relating only to the Working Group and not to other matters). 3. All communications, documents, emails, reports (etc.) between a named Judge and Ministers/civil servants etc. in the Department of Justice (including secretaries etc. of these individuals) that relates/related to the Working Group on the Protection System and Direct Provision. 4. All communications between the organisation "Children's Rights Alliance" and former Junior Minister Aodhán Ó Ríordáin T.D. (including between officials and the former Minister's successors) and the current Minister for Justice, An Tánaiste, Frances Fitzgerald T.D. on the system of direct provision, between 1 January 2014 and 27 October 2016.
