Any documents related to the origins of the pilot program, including internal discussions or external proposals. All records outlining the objectives, goals, and milestones of the program. Any documents or communications detailing its current status, progress updates, or implementation challenges. Correspondence or documents involving or referencing any stakeholders engaged with or consulted about the pilot program. For clarity, this request encompasses all relevant records created or received by the Department of Health and/or Health Service Executive, including records held by any staff or representatives involved. I do not seek the actual results or performance data from the pilot but request access to all records otherwise pertaining to it.
