I am submitting a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act, 2014. The information I wish to be provided with relates to Pension Appeal cases submitted under the terms of the Department's Circular 16 of 2020 which are currently with the Department for consideration and determination. The information provided need only show the date each outstanding case was first received in the Department for consideration and the Pension Scheme to which the appeal is associated. I also request information on determinations issued by the Department in 2024, 2025 and year to date in 2026 on pension appeals submitted to it under the terms of the Department's circular 16 of 2020. The information provided need only show the date each case was first received in the Department for consideration, the Pension Scheme to which the appeal was associated and the date a determination was issued by the Department.
