in relation to proposed Falite Ireland Platforms for Growth Shared Comm Facilities in Kilkee for the past 5 years: Records of meetings and comms with comm groups in relation to this matter; records of meetings and comms with all water sports activity operators; records of meetings with all interested parties, to include any subs made to the Council in relation to the proposal to develop the proposed facilities or similar facilities; records of site selection criteria and particulars of all sites actually inspected, records of all buildings assessed as potential sites, to include all records of buildings either owned by or available to the Council, budget estimates for (a) cost of construction of same (b) cost of upkeep and maintenance of proposed facility, records of discussions with and corr with tourism promoters and business involved in tourism within the past 6 years which relates to the provision of changing room and toilet facilities in Kilkee, copies of letters of support for the proposal from (a) members of the comm in Kilkee (b) water sports activity operators; Records of any reports of existing buildings in Kilkee providing (a) wc, showers and changing facilities (b) comms workspaces providing and enabling computers, internet and multi-media facilities, and if available map of same showing distance from the location of the proposed development, within the past 5 years; Records of buildings and plots leased by CCC to Water Sports activities operators within the past 10 years in the town of Kilkee.
