Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am seeking the release of all records relating to the meeting held between the Assistant Secretary, Emma Cunningham, Pfizer as listed here, and EY on behalf of Pfizer, as listed here. This should include, but is not limited to, records of any meeting minutes, meeting notes, a list of attendees, briefing material, associated reports, presentations and correspondence shared and/or referenced at the meeting. I also request any letters, emails, text messages, WhatsApp messages, memos, notes, reports, draft reports and any other relevant records that were created, sent or received before, during or after the meeting.
