Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2014, we hereby request the full disclosure of any internal guidance, policy documents, decision-making frameworks, or assessment criteria currently in use by the Citizenship Division in respect of applications for a Certificate of Naturalisation, specifically under the following categories: - Applications based on marriage to an Irish citizen; - Applications based on five years residence; - Application based on Irish Association; - Application based on Irish Affinity; - Application based on Irish descendants. - What checks are carried out and from which authorities.
