In his opening statement to the Oireachtas Health Committee 25/01/23, Mr Fran Thompson, CIO, HSE stated that approval for the national Electronic Health Record Programme was deferred in 2019 until a review of the outcomes of the CHI electronic health record was completed, copies of records, relating to this decision.
