I attacj a copy of map gully marked with a black arrow,I require any documentation of maps detailing services and/or utilities at this location. Please also provide any information or record detailing works which may have been carried out in this area by any utility company, contractor, the local Authority or their servants/agents. I would appreciate to receive any details relating to any maintenance carried out by the Local Authority in this area.
