1.For the period January 2018 to the present date copies of any policy,guideline,circular,assessment criteria,form or procedure that(a) applies or is applied to the self-accommodation 'option' under Section 10 of the Housing Act 1988 as provided specifically and only to homeless families (b)determines any eligibility or admissability criteria for "hub" homeless accommodation as applies specifically and only to homeless families(c)is relevant to provision of Section 10 accommodation on a night by night basis only and specifically to homeless families only.2.All non-personal records for the month of October 2018 that note and identify the number of families currently being provided with a self-accommodate option,as per Section 10 of the Act,the number of families currently accessing hubs through the Council and the number of families currently on night to night provision of emergency accommodation through the Council.
