I wish to find out via the Freedom of Information Act the award criteria for the awarding of the Civil Defence Covid medal, first issued to volunteers on the 29th of November 2022. For the avoidance of doubt I do not need an in depth dive on documents or circulars, merely the award criteria that was circulated to Civil Defence Officers, and/or the guidance issued by the Department on the awarding of the medal.
