I hereby request copies of all the material files / documents / notes that Caranua in 2016 laid before Mr Tier at your agency with regards my person. I also request copies of all correspondence that has taken place between Caranua and your office and or Mr Tier with regards my person or that has my name attached to it. My request is made with the support of the Freedom of Information Act 2014 and any other rights I may have in this regard.
