Copies of all briefings provided to Minister Troy relating to the meetings listed at item 1 above. 3. Copies of all emails (along with any attachments or enclosures) in relation to above-mentioned meetings with Minister Troy that were exchanged between the relevant officials in the Insurance Unit at the Department of Finance and the insurers referred to at item 1 above. (This request excludes routine administrative emails such as those solely arranging meeting times, phone calls, or calendar scheduling.)
