I am submitting this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. I am seeking access to the following records held by the Office of Public Works (OPW), limited to the period 1 March to 30 June 2025, in relation to the Zach Bryan concerts held in Phoenix Park on 20th, 21st, and 22nd June 2025: 1. Resident Engagement and Access Planning Copies of any internal or external briefings, memos, or emails discussing: Access arrangements for residents of Phoenix Park Racecourse / Castleknock area Stewarding or traffic control affecting Ashtown Gate or Castleknock Road Distribution of resident notices, flyers, or communications 2. Correspondence with Third Parties Emails or letters between OPW and: Aiken Promotions Dublin City Council An Garda Síochána Wyse Property Management …specifically discussing resident access, traffic restrictions, or complaints received. 3. Event Authorisation and Oversight Any records showing OPW’s role in reviewing or approving public communication, access restrictions, or site control measures related to the concerts. I am not seeking: Personal data of any individuals other than myself Operational security or Garda-specific records Unrelated planning documentation Please provide the records electronically where possible.
