Records of information on internal and external communications, made either in electronic, or in any other format, that related to, referred in any way to, or made any contribution to, records that were released (or considered for release) on 22/07/2021 relating to a tendering process that was carried out at the request of National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) in 2012. 2. The tender concerned, the contract to carry out a Benthic Survey to quantify the Area, Range, Structure and Function of the Codling Bank. 3. Letters written to the unsuccessful tenderers be released, including the names of these companies in compliance with Clause 29 of the decision released by the Office of the Commissioner for Environmental Information (OCEI) on 29/01/2024.
