I wish to request access to the following records under the Freedom of Information Act: - all records relating to the commissioning, design and erection of a sign outside the department containing a typo (misspelling of 'infrastructure'), to include internal correspondence, correspondence with contractors, invoices and other records showing costs, and correspondence received by the department identifying the error - all records relating to the removal of the same sign - all records relating to the replacement of the sign and disposal of the sign - all records relating to similar errors in which signs commissioned by the department have contained typos or other errors since January 1, 2022
