All correspondence, records, information and or notes of conversations internal or inter departmental in relation to the handwritten notes in PG Item 7 by the Department of Finance official of May 1998 which state, 07/05 Kilda Taylor Department of Marine states that SE Ports Company propose a define contribution scheme for their pilot boatmen. 08/05 Replied that we could see no reason why the Pilot Boatmen were not included in the Unestablished scheme. Would need to say why they cannot be so included. But if a defined contribution is proposed, there would have to be very compelling reasons. 3.
