All Department of Health notes and documents in relation to the development of a national hearing care plan, as recommended by the World Health Organisation in 2021. Specifically, I am seeking any minutes, notes and related documents held in the Department of Health relating to: (i) Emails and correspondence from Chime to the Department of Health on the need for a national hearing care plan since March 3rd 2021; (ii) A meeting between Chime and Department officials on September 9th 2022; (iii) A meeting between Chime, the Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly, T.D. and Department officials on May 8th 2023.
