What is the plant used for? 2. Whose responsibility is this plant? 3. Is the plant tested and by whom/which company? 4. What precautions have been undertaken to ensure that the plant is safe? 5. When exactly was this facility build and operational? 6. What is the life term of this facility? 7. What are the future plans for this facility? 8. What business or residential or otherwise does the facility serve? 9. Are there any dangers – Environmental or otherwise associated with such a plant? 10. There are residential homes and small children living next to the plant – and from time to time – there are foul smells coming from the plant. Are Galway County Council aware of this fact?
