I am writing to make a Freedom of Information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. I am seeking access to records held by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) regarding the following information in a tabular format: The total number of people who did not pass their probationary contract for the Third Secretary role within the DFA, if any, from 2017 until now. For each of those who did not pass probation, please provide the following details: a) Whether they were from the private sector or another government department prior to joining the DFA. b) If they were from another government department, please specify the grade (e.g. Executive Officer, Administrative Officer) and the department they were working in before joining the DFA in the Third Secretary role (e.g. Department of Agriculture).
