1. Daily and annual water WITHDRAWAL figures for all data centres connected to the Uisce Eireann network in the Greater Dublin Area, Cork, and Limerick for the period 2020 to 2026 inclusive. 2. Daily and annual water EVAPORATION and CONSUMPTION figures (Water Use Efficiency metrics) for the same data centres and period. 3. Thermal discharge data for all data centres discharging cooling water to rivers, estuaries, or coastal waters — including temperature differentials, volume, and discharge coordinates — for 2020 to 2026. 4. All correspondence, assessments, and reports held by your organisation regarding the water use implications of CRU Decision CRU/25/236 (December 2025) — including any risk assessments, sustainability appraisals, or environmental screening carried out prior to that decision. 5. The full terms of any Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) entered into between your organisation and data centre operators that relate to water consumption, thermal discharge, or Water Use Efficiency data. 6. Any Water Use Efficiency (WUE) targets, conditions, or monitoring requirements imposed on data centres as a condition of connection to the national water supply or electricity network — or confirmation that no such conditions exist. 7. Records of any public consultation conducted in relation to CRU Decision CRU/25/236, including details of who was consulted, what information was made available to the public, and whether any Aarhus Convention obligations were assessed prior to the decision…
