Copies of all correspondence relating to 'GARDA TERRACE', this is to include all internal review decisions made in relation to GARDA TERRACE, all paper, e-mails, minutes of meetings, briefings and legal advice sought and given in relation to Garda Terrace to and from all departments. I also request a breakdown of the amount of money which has been spent on renovating/maintaining the whole block of Garda Terrace, Phoenix Park. I would request that this information is broken down into exact works carried out, by whom, the cost of each piece of work, when completed etc. I request an individual breakdown of this work not the cumulative amount. I request this information for the dates between 1st May 1994 and 1st January 2017.
