copies of all records held by the Department of PERetc., in relation to Report No 42 (2007) of the Review Body on Higher Remuneration in the Public Sector as relating to withheld pay awards to Health Service Senior Managers, the request period in question being from 1st January 2023 to the decision date for this FOI request. All records required, inter alia, include internal correspondence and other records, correspondence to and from other parties including government departments, the HSE, trade unions, the WRC and the Labour Court as well as any others including public representatives. Records of meetings, telephone conversations and electronic mail conversations held are required.
