Minutes from the Nitrates Expert Group meeting on May 3 2023 state that local authorities have raised issues with [farm] advisors filling in forms incorrectly on behalf of farmers and that local authorities will now report this to DAFM who in turn will report to the Farm Advisory Service responsible for advisors accreditation. In this light: I wish to request copies of any cases reported to the DAFM and/or a spreadsheet of all cases reported by local authorities to include the date (or month/year), the county, and a brief overview of why they were reporting it Any memos, briefings, audits, or reports on this issue.
