Please furnish me with an un-redacted copy of the handwritten valuation which was prepared by Mr. Frank Pentony in respect of the 0.83 acres of the sewage treatment plant land at Point Road, Dundalk in connection with the proposed sale of the land to McCaughey Developments Ltd, together with a copy of the Planning Permission Order for the 0.83 acres of land to be developed by McCaughey Developments Ltd for the building of an access roadway, footpath and street lighting in order to facilitate the construction of an estate of houses on an adjoining circa 10 acre parcel of land
