I wish to ask for the following records to be released in full. Time period 1 January 2026-Present:  A copy of the latest briefing, update report, or summary of findings to date in the review of the pass-through from wholesale electricity prices to retail electricity prices that the Minister, Deputy O'Brien, requested the CRU to undertake. The briefing can be internal or received from CRU;  A copy of the latest version of the review/report (draft or finalised);  A copy of correspondence to/from CRU and the Department on the matter;  A copy of minutes, presentations and/or briefings for meeting between CRU and the department on the matter;
