Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request sight of the following records: 1. Correspondence between OPW (or relevant site management) and emergency service providers e.g. National Ambulance Services, Fire Service, and Gardaí regarding the issuing or use of keys for the new bollards installed circa Oct 21st, 2025 at Celbridge Gates, Lime Avenue Castletown. 2. Records detailing keys issued to emergency services for access to the Lime Avenue bollards from September 2023 to the present.This should include dates of issue, the entity/agency to whom the keys were provided, any logs of key distribution, and any related procedures or policies.
