Re: Contract for “N3 Realignment & Strengthening” at Liscarton, Navan (1) Copy of Notice for above Contract as sent to the European Journal, if applicable (2) Copy of letter from successful Contractor requesting Tender Documents for above Contract. (3) Copy of deposit cheque sent by successful Contractor to obtain Tender Documents. (4) Copy of Letter from Contractor accompanying and or submitting Tender for above Contract. (5) Copy of actual legal Tender as submitted by successful Contractor for above contract. (6) Copy of breakdown of Tender, as submitted by successful Contractor for above Contract. (7) Copy of all Tenders received by Meath County Council for above Contract as advertised. (8) Copy of Manager’s Order as prepared for above Contract, as signed by County Manager. (9) Copy of Exact C2 and or Current Tax Clearance as provided by the successful Contractor. (10) Copy of order to have large road sign made up for display as per attached photograph. (11) Copy of order to the Contractor to erect sign (sign as per photo) along road/worksite. (12) Copy of Manager’s Order to cover payments claimed for extra works done during Contract (13) Copies of minutes of meetings concerning above Contract involving the Contractor. (14) Copy of all invoices submitted by successful Contractor for all work done during Contract. (15) Copy of all records/invoices from the Waste Collection Contractor removing waste and or surplus materials from the above Contactor/works submitted by Contractor or with Invoices. (16) Copy of all records/invoices from the Waste Facility to dispose of waste and or surplus materials from the above Contract, as submitted by Contractor with or without Invoices. (17) Copy of order to the Contractor to remove sign (sign as per photo) from road/worksite. (18) Copy of all cheques paid by Meath County Council for above Contract to the Contractor. (19) Copies of all inter-bank payments from Meath County Council for the above Contract. (20) Copies of all minutes and or reports from Consultant and or Project Engineer to Council. (21) Copy of all letters concerning monies retained by Meath County Council as per contract
