In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to make a request for all documents, plans and correspondence in relation to any changes or attempts to make a change to the interior and the exterior of the Oireachtas Library and Reading Room over the last 10 years. As part of this request, please include any proposals or other communications made regarding changes in the use of or alterations to the Oireachtas Library and Reading Room over the last 10 years. Please also include any adaptations, proposals or communications made by the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission and its offices to the OPW over the last 10 years. Also include: Please include all records and documentation that the OPW has access to in relation to the issues listed above going back 10 years. Any communications whether internal or external regarding approvals and permissions that the OPW received to make changes to the interior of the Oireachtas Library and Reading Room in Leinster House, including the design, walls, and flooring. Leinster House (including the former art college building) is included on the Record of Protected Structures (Ref. 4198) under the Dublin City Development Plan 2016-2022. Any and all meeting notes that related to the issues raised above.
