We understand that a Right of Way over Gay’s Avenue, Castletown House, Co. Kildare was proposed and/or entered into between the JJ Rhathigan Group and the Castletown Foundation. The Castletown Foundation when they transferred the Castletown Estate to the OPW we understand proposed that said Right of Way over Castletown would be transferred to the OPW (“the proposed Right of Way”). We wish to request access under the AIE Regulations to the following: 1. Please provide all correspondence with the Castletown Foundation which mentions and/or addresses the proposed Right of Way. 2. Please provide all internal documents, records and correspondence in relation to the proposed Right of Way. 3. Please provide a copy of all legal documentation (finalised or in draft) concerning the proposed Right of Way.
