Redacted if appropriate to conceal private individual's names/details A copy/evidence of OPW having forwarded the submission to the Chief State Solicitors Office subsequent to receipt A copy of any communication(s) from the Chief State Solicitor's Office on the merits of the submission, if same is not exempt from the Act under Section 42(f). If it is exempt, a copy of any OPW-held records arising from that communication. A copy of any communication(s) from the Chief State Solicitor's Office on the topic of Public Right of Way generally in/at Castletown, if same is not exempt from the Act under Section 42(f). (2) Information on Incidents related to Staff Health and Safety at Castletown House & Demesne A spreadsheet/database of incidents of intimidation, harassment, threats made against employees of the OPW by members of the public in the period 2022 and 2023 to date. Ideally, this record would include the number of incidents, the date in which they happened, a brief line description of what was involved, and a general location of where the incident took place. (3) Information on Turnstiles installed at Castletown All records which illustrate the date, business case, cost or rationale for the installation of turnstiles to facilitate pedestrian access at the "inner gates", located at the Celbridge Main Street entrance to Castletown Estate. I believe the installation period was circa 2007
