This should include, but not be limited, to: - Any internal correspondence relating to the matter, and in particular but not limited to consideration as to panellists, role or participation of the elected representatives or the members of the public - Related documents such, such as emails, memos, reports, draft programmes Any minutes, records or notes pertaining to any meeting at which this issue was discussed. - Any communications with other government departments or state agencies - All other documentation pertinent to this issue
