Relating to the appendix to the Board Meeting of 21st February 2017, please furnish all records that exist in respect of the then Chairperson's investigation into any basis for any such conflic or bias perception as mentioned therein. Please include all records of what queries were raised by the then chairperson or on her behalf and what responses, if any, were received. Also, regarding minutes of meetings furnished in FOI606, please explain irregularities in the sequencing of the meeting numbers.
