Copies of all correspondence in relation to the contract of employment of Horse Racing Ireland chief executive Brian Kavanagh as well as requests made by HRI to government for a new contract or extension of old contract. The records should include but not be limited to copies of all communications on the topic of the chief executive's contract - as well as its renewal or extension - to/from the following individuals: Minister Paschal Donohoe - Former Minister Brendan Howlin - Department of Public Expenditure Officials The time period can be limited to January 1, 2016 to September 26, 2016. The records should include copies of letters, emails, faxes, transcripts or notes of phone calls, and copies of any documents enclosed with letters or attachments to emails.
