All reports/documentation (to include recommendations) concerning all inspections by, or under the auspices of, the Department of the animal sanctuary operating under the name Animal Heaven Animal Rescue [AHAR] at Castleisland Co Kerry. The documents to specifically to include, but not limited to, the most recent inspection in March 2016. 2. Reports/documentation concerning any follow up inspection(s) (and date(s) thereof) together with the findings thereof to specifically include the dates and detail of acerage inspected.
