We request from the M/Finance a copy of the letter, or other such communication, that was sent by or on behalf of the Minister for Justice to the M/Finance on or about the 28th 2006 (as confirmed by the Minister Justice in the attached copy email dated 28th March 2006). In brief we request access to the letter in which the reason for the Justice Minister’s referral to the D/Finance was conveyed and explained.
