Meeting notes, emails and letters from Yulefest Organisers/Kilkenny County Council.  All consent issues to Kilkenny County Council/Yulefest to hold a fireworks display over the special area of conservation.  All emails/letters created by Kilkenny County Council staff in their investigation of the proposed fireworks display over the river Nore.  All responses. Emails, letters, text messages, What’s App messages from Yulefest organisers and the staff of Kilkenny County Council to The Department and the National Parks and Wildlife Service  All responses to the ongoing litter issues created by this fireworks event.
