I request a copy of the Revised Local Authority Scales Operative from 2nd February 2022 and 1st October 2022 Circular. If the info could be sent by email. I believe the circular corresponds to Letter EL 05/2022 but having search on the gov.ie website I cannot find any record of the circular.
