We would be obliged pursuant to the Freedom of Information Acts if you would furnish us with statistics and information regarding all payments made accumulatively to Plaintiffs/Infant Plaintiffs into Wards of Court Office in the last 10 years, say from 1 June 2006 to 1 June 2016 in respect of Shoulder Dystocia Injuries at Birth. The information is required irrespective of whether matters were settled Without Prejudice, Court Orders ensued or otherwise. In the event the NTMA does not have the required information, perhaps the Department of Health has this information and you might direct the letter to the appropriate Section.
