Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - A spreadsheet/database of all costs associated with the fit-out of the Department's of Healths new HQ on Baggot Street broken down line item by line item. - Measurements, plans, visual material which will assist in indicating the appearance of the Minister's office and the boardroom. - A list of and costs for all freestanding furniture, decorative items, electronic equipment, and art purchased for either of the above offices. - The specification for the carpets, blinds, curtains, light fittings and so on for the above two offices. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, ideally in its original electronic format.
