I request access to the following records which are non-personal and which I believe are held by the Department dated between September 1, 2024, and the date of this request: Records of correspondence, reports and memos, meetings and meeting notes between department officials (ranked at assistant secretary general and above, including ministers) and BAM, or representatives on behalf of BAM, on matters relating to the construction of the New National Children’s Hospital. Where sensitive information that cannot be released under the Freedom of Information Act is an issue, I am willing to receive redacted information.
