I am requesting all email correspondence / memos / meetings of minutes etc in relation to former Minister for Health, Stephen Donnelly's decision NOT to approve the application / extension of pay increases to Medical Scientists who retired prior to 1st January 2024 as per the recommendations contained in the Conal Devine Medical Scientist Grades Assessment report published in January 2023.
