I wish to request the following records under the Freedom of Information Act. 1) Copies of all correspondence between council and the Irish Coursing Club (ICC) between 2019 and 2023. Copies of all correspondence between council and Rásaíocht Con Éireann/Greyhound Racing Ireland, formerly known as the Irish Greyhound Board, on the subject of hare coursing, between 2019 and 2023.
