Copies of any advice, guidance, or policies drafted, provided, or implemented by the Legal Services Support Unit of the Immigration Service Delivery in response to the Chenchooliah judgement and/or external legal providers. 2. Copies of any guidelines, policies, or criteria issued to staff of the Immigration Service Delivery when considering whether an individual comes within the remit of the judgement. 3. Copies of all briefing material provided to the Minister for Justice concerning the judgement.
