All correspondence and records between CORU and the Minister for Health regarding the decision taken by CORU to censure (or otherwise sanction) a registrant (registration number XXXXXX) following my complaint (reference XXXX). Under section 76 of the Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005, CORU is obliged to inform the Minister for Health as soon as is practicable.
