Records created since the year 2017 of all correspondence between Dublin City Council's Parking Enforcement division and the Department of the Environment, Climate, and Communications (formerly the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment) relating to: * Requests made by DCC's Parking Enforcement for clarification of the powers of local authorities under the various Road Traffic Acts 1967 - 2019 with a view to enhancing enforcement or increasing penalties * Suggestions or proposals made by DCC's Parking Enforcement to increase the powers of local authorities, by legislation or regulation, in relation to acting against illegal parking or increasing or adding penalties that can be imposed.
