Copies of all information and documentation produced, received and/or considered by in relation to Sections 12, 13 and 14 of Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2020, held by the Department of Justice between 7 April 2020 and 30 July 2020. Such documents should include those relevant to the purpose of the sections and relevant to considering who will benefit from the sections. Such documents should also include any records of interactions and correspondence to or from private businesses relevant to the sections.
